Usable area, orientation, tilt and a shading map across the day. We tell you the realistic kWp your roof supports, which is sometimes less than the brochure number — and we say so.
Equipment Specification
Exact panel wattage and count, inverter make and model (Growatt, Deye or SMA), string layout, battery chemistry and capacity if justified, protection devices and cable sizes. A document any competent installer can price.
Payback Model in IDR
Year-by-year cash flow against current PLN tariffs, including the wet season, panel degradation and the post-net-metering export rules. The honest number, not the brochure number.
Why Pay for Design When Quotes Are Free?
Because free quotes are priced into the hardware, and they reward whoever assumes the biggest system. We regularly review quotes for clients that are oversized by 30–50% — panels whose midday output would simply be exported to PLN at the reduced compensation rate, doing almost nothing for the bill. On a 10 kWp quote, trimming the system to what the load actually supports can save 40–60 million rupiah, which makes a 2,500,000 design fee the best-yielding investment in the whole project. And if you commission us for the installation, the fee is credited against it in full — the design effectively becomes free.
The design also settles the questions that generic quotes skip: whether battery storage pays for itself on your usage pattern, whether a hybrid topology is worth it for your blackout frequency, and whether a solar water heater should shrink the electrical load before any panel is bought. You receive a specification you own and can tender to any installer — including, but not only, us.

What It Costs
A villa design with load audit is from IDR 2,500,000; complex or commercial properties with three-phase supplies and multiple buildings from IDR 6,000,000.
